Zeus Associates Recruiting and Staffing is recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to work for a prestigious firm.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and design HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems as a team member on a variety of projects for our municipal and private clientele.

Field investigation, analysis, design, production of contract documents, and construction administration services.

Preparation of engineering analysis, designs, and calculations public works projects.
Preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates (PS&E).
Preparation of construction submittal reviews, Requests for Information(RFI), and other construction related activities.
Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and practices.
Monitor and coordinate tasks and coordinate with project team members toward completion of projects.
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:	Job Requirements: Ability to handle a range of mechanical and plumbing projects for our various projects Must have knowledge and experience in the preparation of design plans and specifications related to infrastructure, wastewater, pump stations, HVAC, mechanical and site work projects Good written and oral communication skills EDUCATION: B.S. in civil engineering or mechanical engineering A NYS Professional Engineering(PE) License is preferred Compensation depends on experience.
