Zeus Associates Recruiting and Staffing is seeking for a Resident Engineer / Project Manager who has aminimum of 10 years of experience in public works projects to work for a prestigious engineering company.

Preferred Skills:

Job Requirements:

• The candidate must have experience in leadership, supervisory and administrative skills.
• Experience with large building rehabilitation
• Must have an understanding of earthwork, pipelines, structural reinforced concrete, pile foundation systems, structural steel, mechanical (boilers/generators) and electrical systems, instrumentation and controls, plumbing, etc.).
• Must have the ability to work with program management systems as well as experience with cost estimating, scheduling and change order processing is required.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experiences.

NYS PE license is preferred

Certifications from CMMA, NICET or other similar agencies is preferred
