Zeus Associates Recruiting and Staffing is seeking for a Construction Inspector / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing (MEP) Inspector to work for a prestigious firm.

 

 

Preferred Skills:

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must skilled in electrical and mechanical systems with a general knowledge of, civil, site work, excavation and structural.
  • Must have good management Skills
  • Strong communication, writing and computer skills a must.

 

Experience:

5 plus years of experience preferably on large residential rehabilitation projects.

 

Certifications:

Special inspection certifications, NICET and CMMA certifications preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • Minimum Associates Degree
  • PE License preferred
